We prefer to work on an open book basis where we tell you straight up-front what we are going to do and how much it will cost. This works for the majority of our clients.
If you need to have an idea of hourly or daily rates then we can give you a rate card depending on the type of work you are looking to pass our way. Some of our clients like to save up their little jobs and book a handyman for the day and again we can quote you rates for this too.
We also offer a variety of planned maintenance programmes for air conditioning, emergency light testing, pat testing, plumbing and general maintenance to name but a few. Our programmes are drawn up specifically for each building and its needs because, after all, one size generally doesn’t fit all!
